Description

Introduction
The aim of this workshop is to give commercial engineers in leadership roles insight into how they can initiate and successfully implement change processes in the commercial field. You will also gain insight into the do's and don't-s in such a change process.

Contents
This workshop will address the following questions and topics, among others:
- Why is leadership in change becoming increasingly important?
- What should you do or not do in this process?
- Which change models do you use or know about and what are the experiences with these?
- The 8 steps from Kotter's change strategy, and why does this strategy work in practice?
- Change the world - change yourself', what does that mean and how do you do that exactly ?

Target group
This workshop is intended for (commercial) engineers who initiate change processes in their (commercial) field of work from a C-level position, but also for engineers who have played or will play a role in such a change process in other ways.
This workshop may also be of interest to others at C-level who are not active in the commercial field but who want to implement a change in their own field of work.
