Sustainable Customer Management
Description
More continuity, turnover and better cooperation!
Technical service providers (such as engineering firms, independent professionals and industrial companies) offer their services based on their knowledge, experience and certainly the enthusiasm for their profession. This is great, because it enables them to deliver good work that meets the client's high standards.
Whether this also leads to lasting customer satisfaction remains to be seen, however. Because there is much more to it than just quality in terms of content, in order to establish that much-desired long-term relationship with the customer. And as you know, a sustainable customer relationship leads to more work, continuity, turnover and better cooperation.
In an interactive lecture, Ries Meertens explains how you can structurally improve here individually and at company level. You will gain insight into a practically applicable method: the Strategic Business Model, which is based on the 'belief' that every company should propagate. Furthermore, you will get many directly applicable tips and examples from practice and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, so be prepared for this!
