Description

Workload management for managers is all about tackling your workload yourself and coaching your employees on how to deal with their workload.

It focuses on the following questions:
- Why do you experience workload and your colleague, with the same work, does not?
- How different is your way of working and couldn't it be better?
- Would you like to be in charge of your agenda (again)?
- How do you get through all those e-mails every day?
These questions naturally apply to your employees too.

You may have heard some of the components and tips of this training before, this workshop is aimed at making you and your employees do it now which will help you achieve results in tackling work pressure. Some of the training topics are linked to elements of The New Way of Working, in particular delegating responsibilities.
