Municipalities and police cooperate intensively to combat fraud. The Report a Suspicion app was developed by Mivum and the Anti-Fraud Company to improve cooperation between municipalities and police regarding undermining and fraud. Where previously information was sometimes lost in communication between municipality and police, the Report a Suspicion solves this problem through a combination of a mobile app and a web portal. This allows officers on the street to quickly take their reports to the right people within the municipality. As KIVI members and participants from the KIVI network helped further develop the app Report a Suspicion and the app Undermining https://ondermijningapp.nl/ via a brainstorm in December 2018, CEO Viresh Jagesser is now the first to share best practices in undermining with the KIVI network and ask for input for further improvement of and/or deployment of the apps.
