Enterprise engineering & AI within the insurance industry

How do you deploy AI effectively? That question is the focus of this event Enterprise Engineering & AI within the insurance industry. Successful and scalable AI goes beyond technology - it requires clear knowledge domains, consistent semantics and a solid foundation.
In this session, we highlight different perspectives:
- The effects of digitalisation in the insurance industry and lessons from the merger of Agis and Zilveren Kruis.
- Why insight into social interactions is essential for digital services and how Enterprise Ontology lays the foundation for reliable AI, in both the insurance and collections sectors.
Speakers
Rikkert van Capelleveen, senior manager business transformation & strategy, discusses the implications of AI for (the design of) Achmea.
Edwin de Haan, business strategy consultant, gives an insight into first experiments to monitor AI using Enterprise Ontology.
Silke van Rooij, discusses the use of AI in debt collection practice, with a special focus on supporting processes and people, developing a good product and lessons learned from practice.
