In this session, we highlight different perspectives:

1. The effects of digitalisation in the insurance industry and lessons from the merger of Agis and Zilveren Kruis.
2. Why insight into social interactions is essential for digital services and how Enterprise Ontology lays the foundation for reliable AI, in both the insurance and collections sectors.
