We would like to inform all our KIVI members, especially those moving in the world of project management, that the 2nd edition of the congress Project Management in Care will take place on 29 May. With this year's theme: From Skill to Profession. The congress will contribute to getting tools and insights from practice. It will provide concrete direction for ensuring the quality of project management in healthcare. As a healthcare organisation, how do you deal with the continuous pressure to (re)organise and innovate? Network with colleagues, share your experiences, lose illusions and embrace new insights!
Practical and interactive parallel sessions
With inspiring best practices from VUmc, Brain Preparers, Improven, LUMC, Amarant, Philadelphia, Fortes Solutions and more. Visions and experiences will be shared, with the main aim of providing starting points for successful implementation of project management as a fully-fledged discipline in the healthcare organisation.
