A meeting between experience and technology. KEMBIT and AVK present a seminar entirely dedicated to transformations within an IT environment. With topics such as changing working methods, changing the techniques used within an organisation and the challenges to be faced.
For HR Managers, IT Managers and Project Leaders who want more information on:
- Migration of MS Office package to a higher version, or cloud solution;
- Security Awareness among employees in a new IT environment;
- BYOD - Bring Your Own Device - explanation of different tablets;
- Working paperless with iPad / tablet;
- Migration from the technical perspective the Do's and Don'ts;
- Security from an Information Management broad perspective.
It is possible to follow only the morning programme or the afternoon programme.
Morning programme:
9:00: Reception with coffee and tea
9:30 - 12:30: Session 1 Office Migration
- Brief explanation of differences between old and new MS Office versions (AVK);
- Office migration 2010/2013 (AVK);
- Office 365 (AVK);
- Office 365 as part of a Cloud solution; foray into IAAS (Infrastructure As A Service) in the future (KEMBIT).
12:30 - 13:00: Lunch - After the conclusion of the morning programme, please join the lunch table.
Afternoon programme:
13.00:00 - 16:00: Session 2 Bring Your Own Device, Paperless Working and Security Awareness
- Bring Your Own Device, explanation of different tablets (AVK);
- Paperless working/meeting with the tablet (AVK);
- Security awareness, safe use of laptop, tablet and smartphone for users (AVK);
- A vision of Bring Your Own Device and how it finds its place in today's IAAS environment, including the Do's and the Don'ts (KEMBIT);
- A Special Guest will engage in a dialogue on Security Awareness related to Bring Your Own Device issues and Information Management broadly.
16:00 - 17:00: Drinks - After the conclusion of the afternoon session, you can naprate over a drink
