It is almost becoming a tradition, with KIVI once again collaborating with IPMA NL / CKC Seminars, to bring the 14th edition of the annual congress "De Projectmanagement Parade". The congress for all of us working in projects, or leading projects, the project management community in the Netherlands.
The Project Management Parade is the largest congress for the PM community in the Netherlands. This initiative of IPMA-NL, the trade association for project management in the Netherlands, annually covers a broad spectrum of current developments, challenges and best practices. Better Projects for a Better World: Make the Difference as an Organisation!
Which characteristics can set you apart as an organisation? Which organisational structures work well and which ones, meanwhile, work less well? Are there perhaps differences in organisational structures by industry or sector? Why has agile working now become the de facto standard in the IT industry/department ? But what does that mean for the rest of the organisation? Is this transformation ready or are we still in the middle of it? Could it be that different names are used for the same ways of working and organising per industry? How do people in construction tackle projects and what are the keys to success in organising government? And how does the healthcare sector ensure an agile organisational structure?
That's the focus of Project Management Parade 2018!
