Artificial Intelligence (AI) is in the news again these days. In the process, hype, hope and fear sometimes get quite mixed up. During the meeting, you will get an update on the state of KI technology and the applications that are already possible now and will soon become possible.

After an introduction by Dr Pim Haselager, Loes Brouwers will take us through the (possible) applications of KI at Rabobank.

"Contact with our customer will increasingly take place digitally and we want to make this more user-friendly, with a personal approach. Rabobank is therefore investigating which innovative techniques in the field of Artificial Intelligence can offer added value in our contact with the customer."

After the break, we will be treated by Dr Maurits Kaptein to the (im)possibilities of KI in web-based communication.

And to conclude, Mike Ligthart will demonstrate a human-robot interaction.
