Neighbourhood renewal Kerckebosch Zeist

Kerckebosch will be renewed in the coming years. The municipality of Zeist and housing corporation Woongoed Zeist are working together to make this neighbourhood fit for life. New or improved facilities will come in a wooded neighbourhood in which 800 - 1,000 new homes in various price ranges and types will be developed, including at least 45 free plots. To implement the plans, the municipality and Woongoed Zeist set up Wijkontwikkelingsmaatschappij Kerckebosch B.V. (WOM Kerckebosch B.V.). Currently, over 600 homes have been completed, as well as a new Brede School and multifunctional centre Binnenbos.
