Global instability has increased sharply in recent years. This affects trade flows and the exchange of knowledge and technology. How can you anticipate this as a company or organisation with scenario analysis.

  • How does global instability affect your company or organisation?
  • What is the impact of geopolitical changes on technology and logistics flows?
  • How can you analyse and mitigate the impact of geopolitical changes

These are the three questions a workshop that Eugene Chaukovski, senior director of the New Lines institute in Washington DC will address during the workshop.

The workshop will start with a presentation on forecasts for geopolitical hotspots around the world - from Europe to the Middle East to the US and China - and their implications for global issues such as trade, technology and supply chains. The workshop also includes an interactive session on how the methodology of geopolitical forecasting can be applied to a specific case study - the conflict between Russia and Ukraine - and the implications of this conflict that are most relevant to your organisation.

The workshop is of interest to any company, organisation or sector, dealing with international import and/or export of technology or goods.

The language of communication during the workshop is English.
