What is happening in the new defence domain SPACE? Why has it been launched? How is cooperation taking place within NATO, in Europe and globally? What technical developments are currently underway?

During the webinar: 'The new (?) defence domain SPACE', Major Petra Wijnja, working at the Defence Space Security Centre, talks about various aspects of this high-tech domain. After an introduction on the how and why, she elaborates on current projects and developments. These include the first Dutch Defence satellite developed together with industry and knowledge institutes. She will also take a look into the future: what trends are appearing and how will these impact the actions Defence will (have to) take in the future.

Both during and after the webinar, there will be plenty of time to ask questions.
