At a time when Europe is under pressure, reflection, deepening and meeting are important for everyone who feels involved in what is happening on our continent. One of the big questions here is the future of European security.

That is why a group of volunteers is organising a politically independent symposium on 21 June in Utrecht entitled: 'Europe what's next - A secure Europe".

During the symposium, we will dive into the past, present and future of European security. We will discuss the big questions of our time with the participants. Questions such as: how do we keep Europe safe, but also what does security really mean today - and tomorrow.

Talk to more than 10 experts, politicians, enthusiasts and young thinkers. Plenty of knowledge and experience! No fewer than four of the speakers are members of Eurodefense Netherlands and/or KIVI Defence and Security: Angelien Eijsink, Ton van Loon, Paul Rouffaer and Jan Wind.

Learn, share your views, or just come and listen. Make sure you are there in any case. For example, to better understand the decisions of the NATO summit a few days later.

NOTES. This symposium is organised by third parties, outside the responsibility of KIVI and Eurodefense. See the organisers' website: https://europewhatsnext.eu .
