Jongia Mixing Technology
Description
Process technology can be reduced to a limited number of "unit operations". One of these is mixing. Jongia Mixing Technology is a specialist for Dynamic Mixers.
To make a complete programme, Striko Verfahrenstechnik was invited to provide part of this afternoon, Striko is a specialist for Static mixers.
Through her years of experience, Jongia is well informed about various processes. As a result, she is regularly asked to use her process knowledge to solve agitator challenges.
Some examples:
- Preventing air ingress
- Mixing floating and sinking parts in a liquid homogeneously
- Making CFD analyses to show which position the agitator should have.
Like Jongia, Striko Verfahrenstechnik also manufactures its equipment in its own factory. Striko has 35 years of experience in designing (and building) static mixers for the process industry. Besides standard solutions, Striko's experts can also offer a special solution for static mixing of all pumpable media.
Two companies with so much experience and knowledge in mixing, that should make for an interesting afternoon for process engineers!
In addition to the presentations, there will be plenty of time for:
- a tour of Jongia's factory
- some demonstrations of Static and Dynamic mixers in the test lab.
