To survive, the Dutch Process Industry needs not only post-docs, but above all well-trained process operators. Drenthe College and the Emmen region are going to do something about this

The opening of 'DC Tech' took place on 21 June. DC Tech stands for Centrum Innovatie Vakmanschap Duurzame Chemische Technologie.
With students trained at DC Tech, chemical and other technical companies in the Emmen region will have well-trained and practice-oriented technological specialists at their disposal. DC Tech includes practical areas with machines and laboratories. MBO students from Drenthe College will work at the centre, but Stenden University of Applied Sciences in Emmen will also make use of the centre to give students at universities of applied sciences practical expertise.
