Description

Renewable Energy applications are a must for the Energy Transition.

But which sustainable applications are there?
And what are the focal points here? How do you calculate payback periods? What subsidies are currently available?

All these questions are addressed in the Sustainable Energy Post-HBO course of the Foundation for Higher Education in Energy Economics (PHOE).

On the initiative of the Saxionlectorate, the Sustainable Energy course was created.

It covers the principles underlying the extraction of sustainable energy.

The programme starts with the framework of energy transition and sustainable energy supply policy. Then the topics of solar, wind, water, biomass, heat pumps and energy storage are covered block by block.

Reken examples and practical examples are discussed in detail. At the end of the course, a full day is spent on calculations and case studies, including profitability calculations.

The book ' Applied energy technology, Renewable energy' is used as teaching material.
