NEM Energy B.V. headquartered in Leiden is a specialist and world market leader in the development and construction of steam generators. During this company visit, in addition to general company presentation by Mr Ir. Raymond Gunnewijk, new developments in steam generators including for "Solar and Geothermal" plants will be explained.The presentation by Mr Ir. Peter Rop will give an overview of the new developments within NEM in the field of steam generators and other heat exchangers. These include product improvements to Heat Recovery Steam Generators for Combined Cycle Power Plants, to Receivers for Solar Tower Power Plants and other heat exchangers. A new type of heat exchanger was developed for the Solar Power Plant that can also be used for other applications such as geothermal, nuclear fusion and Organic Rankine Cycles
