Prior to the KIVI-RBT Spring Symposium, a meeting of the Practice & Implementation working group is scheduled on 9 July. This meeting will start at 14.00 and last until 15.30. For practical reasons, the location is Deltares in Delft, where the Spring Symposium will also be held afterwards

1. KIVI-RBT Working Group Practice & Implementation: Utility, need and programme 2014 - 2015
2. Case: Implementation of GeoRM (geotechnical risk management) at public clients
3. Discussion and follow-up steps

This meeting will be hosted by Dr Martin van Staveren MBA, leader of the Practice & Implementation working group.

Explanation
The programme's aim is to kick-start the activities of the Practice & Implementation working group. The case revolves around the theme of the Spring Symposium on risk management within construction and infrastructure projects. During the case, the results of the Geo-Impuls work programme will also be discussed. This concerns the sector-wide development and implementation of a form of discipline-based risk management in the construction and infrastructure sector, which may serve as an example for other sectors and disciplines.
