Conny Bakker is professor of Design Methodology for Sustainability and Circular Economy at TU Delft, Faculty of Industrial Design. Her field of research is the development of design methods for products with multiple life cycles. She co-leads the European H2020 project ReCIPSS, which teaches designers and manufacturers how collection, remanufacturing and reuse can lead to profitable sustainable business using resources efficiently.

In the lecture, Conny will talk about the research at Industrial Design from the theory of circular economy, the design methods that are being developed and the lessons learned, using many inspiring examples.
