Commissioned designs or your own product? (cancelled due to corona virus)
As I am sure you will not have failed to notice, the measures surrounding the coronavirus are being relaxed from 1 June. Despite the relaxations, the KIVI IO Board has decided to cancel the KIVI College of 3 June 2020 (Frank Westland - 'Designing on commission or one's own product') because a safe meeting with sufficient opportunity for participation is not yet possible.

From the design office Wortel Product Design in Utrecht, Frank Westland and his team design sustainable products for the future. Recent projects include a measuring cabinet for Heijmans, the artificial reef Moreef, an electric vehicle for parcel delivery, a crossing aid for Prorail and a camping van called Ventje.
As an IO and entrepreneur, he will give this talk about the in's and out's of setting up his own business, and go into some projects in more depth to and share his experiences, successes & challenges and his insights.
Possibility to dine together at your own expense (1-course dinner for 20 euros incl. two drinks), please indicate this at least three days in advance in your registration, incl. any allergies or preferences.
NOTE: If you also participate in the dinner, please bring €20 in cash. PIN payments are not accepted!
Have you registered and are you suddenly unable to attend? Please unsubscribe via the link in your confirmation e-mail or by sending an e-mail to io@kivi.nl. If you cancel later than 24 hours in advance, and you have signed up for dinner, the dinner cost will be charged.
