Description

'Predicting trends using demographic shifts'
In 1998, Arthur Eger published an article in Product on how demographic shifts can be used to predict the future. He ended his article with 12 predictions made in this way for the period 1998-2008. In 2011, the editors asked what had come of these. The predictions were dug up and - to everyone's surprise - all twelve turned out to be right. In his lecture, Arthur will tell how he did this back then, what the predictions were and what came of them. Finally, he will give new predictions for the next five to 10 years. After that, you can do it yourself
