Mathijs van Dijk founded Van Dijk and Eger with Arthur Eger in 1979. They chose the name WeLL Design in 1997. Mathijs is managing director and is mainly involved in new business, strategy and vision development. In over three decades of its existence, WeLL Design has built up a rich portfolio with a large number of very well-known and innovative products, which have been or are being produced in large numbers. Besides working on commission, WeLL Design has long participated in product development. Using some examples, Mathijs talks about experiences, plans and developments
