In doing so, do you no longer want to make a decision based purely on figures, calculations and models that seem to be correct, but just don't give you the right feeling about your decision? From now on, do you want to jump into the deep end, learn something new and feel very secure at the same time?

Do you know that feeling when someone retires and just failed to retain that person's knowledge for your organisation? Yes, a transfer document has been drawn up and information has been collected in folders, but instinctively everyone knows: there's far from everything in there.

We would like to invite you to this knowledge day experiential knowledge, which we are organising together with KIVI. we' are a group of people (Chris Griffioen, Leonie de Jong, Manon van Gestel, Ricky van Lingen, Wouter Zomer, Anneke Vlieger, Roel Valkman, Gijsbert van der Heijden and Govert Geldof) who enjoy working with experience knowledge, complexity and workshops and would like to share this with you.

During this day, we will give you an impression of how we use a different working method to give more space to experience knowledge and craftsmanship. We call this working method in which we work together on a concrete, local and small but complex task the Workshop.
