This drink is on the eve of World Water Day on 22 March 2011. A good time for the Department of Land Use and Water Management to draw attention to a creeping phenomenon.

More and more areas on earth are experiencing scarcity in the availability of water for food supply. It is then essential to have a clear picture of how to manage water and how to organise it.

It is the common thread at the 25th ICID European Regional Conference from 16 - 20 May 2011 in Groningen. This conference is organised by the Dutch Committee for Irrigation and Drainage (NETHCID Foundation). KIVI NIRIA Land Use and Water Management is 'supporting organisation'.

During this reception we will appropriately start the promotion for the conference
