Wednesday 9 October Practical research and climate innovations. The Green Village Delft.

Ted Veldkamp, Lecturer in Climate and Water at the Hogeschool van Rotterdam and also lecturer at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, takes us through the latest developments on practice-based research and climate innovations.

Following this presentation, we will go for a walk in The Green Village. During this walk, we look at all the innovations on drought, heat and flooding in 'the water state' with raingardens, underground infiltration facilities and green roofs. We will get a text and explanation on the various innovations that are regularly tested with colleges and universities.
