Description
[1] The Sustainable Energy Management (SEM) is a program to identify energy saving potential on a production location, to increase energy awareness and to convert saving potentials into a prioritised list of actions and defined projects. The focus is on delivering energy and cost savings proposals and to stimulate continuous improvement. The SEM methodology uses a 'Home and Away' approach that combines site resources (home) and engineering resources (away) to form a diverse, knowledgeable and motivated team.
