Are you a female engineer looking for mentoring, or want to share your experience and inspire others? Join our exclusive Mentor-Mentee Speed Dating, where 15 mentors and 15 mentees will be paired based on professional development goals and area of expertise. This first session is part of a mentoring programme focused on growth, knowledge sharing and career development.

Our aim is to inspire role models-astrong network of women engineers who support and empower each other. Open to members of KIVI and the Marina van Damme Network, this event offers a unique opportunity to make valuable connections.

📅 Date & location
The event will take place on 16 April at the KIVI building in The Hague. Prior to the speed dates, there will be an optional session with KIVI coaches at the end of March, during which you can sharpen your development goals.

Optional preparatory session

To clarify your development goals, we offer an optional 1-on-1 preparatory session with a KIVI coach prior to the event. During this session, you will receive support in formulating your professional goals so that you are optimally prepared for the mentor programme.
