Communication is primarily about connecting. An aspect we often forget these days, however. During the workshop, participants are challenged to take a step out of their comfort zone in order to grow in communication skills as an organisation and as individuals.
After the training by Margreet Jacobs (C-motion)
you will know:
1. How your own way of communicating comes across to others
2. Why non-verbal communication is so important
3. What micro-expressions are and how to recognise them
and you can:
1. Recognise hidden body language
2. Using body language to come across as more persuasive
3. Use body language to become more confident
4. Connect with interlocutors
