Thursday 12 September saw the Charisma masterclass ' What if I don't have it', given by Reina Hekman of Speaking with Impact Trainings.
A nice group of enthusiastic ladies came to the beautiful KIVI building in The Hague. After a sandwich and a drink, we started to discover what charisma is. Who are inspiring examples? How do they do it? What makes people listen to you? How do you yourself stand in life and how do you come across to others? And how do you want to come across and what do you have to pay attention to?
The reactions of the participants showed that this is a subject that is very interesting, touches everyone and is definitely something to continue.

Female professionals face specific challenges in their careers. How do you make sure you are seen in and outside your work environment? How dominant do you need to be to be heard? Especially in a masculine industry, you always have to be 'your best self'. That takes a lot of energy. Consequently, what often happens is that women throw in the towel, so that their talent is not exploited. This can be done differently!
