EWM-NL Meeting: Positive Discrimination
Dear mathematicians and diversity-supporters,
On behalf of EWM-NL, NVI would like to invite you to the Annual EWM-NL Meeting on Thursday the 20th of September in Delft.
The theme of this years meeting is "Positive Discrimination: advantages and drawbacks". The afternoon is devoted to discuss gender balancing strategies and their implications. The main speakers, Prof. Han Entzinger and Prof. Peter van den Besselaar, are distinguished researchers in the field of inclusion and integration of minority groups. In addition, a panel discussion will focus on the practical implementation of gender balancing strategies in Dutch academia.
