On Thursday 3 December, Ester Mollema and Tilly Kesting will give the Female Leadership workshop. Esther Mollema is the founder and director of Direction. Direction has many years of experience in training and guiding individuals and organisations in personal development, team development and organisational development.
The way up in organisations has many stumbling blocks for women. This training helps to recognise your own stumbling blocks to make even more of your work and your life! Insight into your own pitfalls in order to realise your ambitions at work and in your private life.
This programme is made for women who want to realise their ambitions. The programme is suitable for you if you want to gain insight into your possibilities, strengths and pitfalls; avoid making the mistakes many women have made and make the right choices for your career and yourself.
The game and the rules: game, set, match!
During the workshop, you will learn how it is that women are often better, but don't always get ahead? Why men play the game better than women: they invented it! What do you need to know about the game and other people's perceptions?
