Mobile Offshore Units
Description
Lecture "A New Level Of High Performance Mobile Offshore Units"
In the last 3 years over 70 GustoMSC Mobile Offshore Unit designs have been ordered worldwide. A few of these designs will be placed in the spotlight of which the largest harsh environment jack-up, the Noble Lloyd Noble, will be one. This unit has 214 metres of leg length and is scheduled to start working on a world record airgap in the North Sea in the summer of 2016. Leaving only 4 metres of leg not utilised. Besides, GustoMSC is extending its jack-up, semi-submersible and vessel designs for application in all relevant areas. Engineering novelties related to these design developments will be presented.
