The urgency to accelerate offshore wind, the electrification of industry and the use of green hydrogen is greater than ever. On top of this, the war in Ukraine is fuelling even greater European demand for North Sea gas in the short term. The claims on space in the North Sea will thus rise further and faster than ever before and increasingly compete with each other. At the same time, there are plenty of opportunities for offshore energy developments in the energy transition.

On 31 May, during Offshore Day 2022, international c-level top speakers will address this from, among others, the European Commission, RWE, TenneT, TotalEnergies, RWE, Vestas, GE, Ocean Energy Europe, TNO, Kistos, IRENA, State Supervision of Mines and DNV.
