ProRail in Utrecht
Description
The Environmental Engineering/Food & Green Department is pleased to invite you to its next activity, to be held on 20 April next in Utrecht (within walking distance of the central station).
Prior to the programme, there will be a short introductory round so that you can get acquainted with your fellow engineers from the field.
There will also be an opportunity to put down presentation material from your own company and hand it out to interested parties.

13.30:00 Reception with coffee and tea
14:00 Introduction round followed by two presentations:
- Michiel Deerenberg, Programme Manager Sustainability ProRail. He will outline for us the issues at play in the field of sustainability at ProRail, after which there will be an opportunity for discussion.
- Frans van Duuren, ProRail CO2 performance ladder project manager. He will tell us how it came about and what it achieves. Contractors have recently been assessed on the basis of the CO2 performance ladder when awarding work. This performance ladder goes a long way in terms of contractors' working methods and organisation - even their subcontractors are judged on it - and can also be applied in other circumstances. This can be of great significance for your company!
