The European Commission is making a strong case for Europe to be at the forefront of broadband. The Netherlands leads the way in Europe, yet not every resident can use broadband internet. Especially residents of rural areas often face problems. This evening of lectures provides a broad view on the political, organisational and technical aspects for providing broadband in locations currently deprived of it
