The Netherlands is full, many people are looking for a place to live that suits their lifestyle. Often this is in the city, where precious space is taken up by railway tracks, bus stops, bicycle sheds. Can this be done differently? Yes indeed!

For years, Heerlen has had a beautiful complex above the railway with a combination of shops, housing, a hotel and the station. The Hague has plans for a Central Innovation District. Utrecht already has the Forum and is studying further development. So-called multiple land use is energy-efficient and therefore sustainable. But it is also complex and costly.

A number of interesting lectures from different parties will present various perspectives, after which we can jointly discuss pros and cons, points of interest and challenges.

Costs: There is no cost to participate in this activity for KIVI members and for students. Non-members pay €15.

Registration: Via the KIVI website.
