Apollo Vredestein B.V. is part of lndia-based Apollo Tyres Ltd. Apollo Tyres is a multinational company with offices and production sites in India, South Africa and the Netherlands, among others. It is a young, ambitious and dynamic organisation that prides itself on its unique identity. It is headquartered in the Indian city of Gurgaon.
Dutch Apollo Vredestein B.V. is headquartered in Enschede and develops, manufactures and sells high-quality tyres under the Apollo and Vredestein brand names. This is done through an extensive international network of its own branches in Europe and North America.
A car tyre has long since ceased to be just black and round. High-quality technologies are applied in the high-quality modern tyre. KIVI Vehicle Technology is organising a company visit to this interesting company including a guided tour for HAN students and KIVI members to see what is involved in the development and production of Apollo and Vredestein tyres.
Apart from participating students, there is only a limited number of places available for this company visit.
