Moog B.V.
Description
Moog B.V. has been the company name of the former Fokker Control Systems since January 2009.
At Moog B.V., aircraft simulators and test systems are built for the Aero- and Automotive industry. In aircraft simulators, electro-mechanical (EM) hexapods, control loading and G-seats are the main products. These technologies are now also used in simulators for the automotive industry, to carry out human-in-the-loop and human machine interface research.
For the test market, high-tech test controllers and software are developed in Nieuw-Vennep to test complete aircraft, wind turbine blades and components. Especially for the automotive test sector, Moog has developed unique test stands with hydraulic hexapods to perform wheel suspension and component life tests.
During the excursion, you will get to know Moog B.V. through a presentation about the company and some specific products such as driving simulators, hydraulic and EM hexapods. You will also get a guided tour with some demonstrations of simulators, control loading and test products.
