SPYKERLEZING
Dr Frank Willems, Senior Research Engineer, Diesel Emission Control, TNO Automotive Powertrains in Helmond, the Netherlands, will discuss the latest developments in future emission requirements for trucks and buses during the Spyker Lecture. The lecture will focus on the technical challenges of combining not only the required emission reduction, but also savings in fuel consumption and system costs.

SPYKERPRIJS 2009
Once again this year, KIVI NIRIA's Vehicle Technology Department is organising the Spyker Prize. The prize, €500 each, is awarded annually to the best graduation reports by WO and HBO students on the subject of vehicle engineering. The prize is named after the illustrious Dutch car brand from the early years of vehicle technology. For both WO and HBO, 3 nominees will explain their research through a short presentation. A great opportunity to experience the research work of the educational institutions in cooperation with industry and to keep abreast of the latest developments.

The award ceremony will take place in the Automotive House at the HTACampus in Helmond and is sponsored by High Tech Automotive Systems and the High Tech Automotive Campus.
