Description
SECOND DAY TRAINING
DATA
Tuesday 15 March 2011, 19.00-22.00 and the sequel at
Tuesday 22 March 2011, 19.00-22.00
Sometimes you need more specific information from the other person and do not have the right question available. This is because in communication we are quick to generalise or distort or omit information. This is necessary to organise information, process it and thus keep the world understandable. As soon as you can recognise the generalisations, distortions and omissions in the other person, the questions will automatically come to you.
This training can be used for, among other things: achieving personal and team goals, recruitment & selection, coaching interviews, performance interviews, acquisition interviews, conflict management, negotiating, meetings, in short, all types of conversations. This is referred to throughout the training. What is learned can be applied immediately, both in work and private situations.
TRAINING APPROACH
With the help of sample statements, participants learn to easily recognise distortions, omissions and generalisations and to ask the appropriate questions. The participants themselves think up statements that often occur in their own work situation, thus practising with real-life examples. A tough training that requires perseverance to master. Once mastered, participants will benefit from it throughout their lives.
