Expert class II: Inside Managing(KCE2008)
Description
This training is based on the principles from top-level sport. Top sport is all about winning. Time after time and also at times when it is not convenient. The margins between winning and losing are narrow, sometimes only tenths of seconds.
Inge de Bruijn took a disappointing bronze in the 100-metre butterfly at the last Olympic Games. Petra Thomas was 0.27 seconds faster. She walked away with the top prize. The almost equally good De Bruijn was left behind. However, she retaliated masterfully on the 50-metre freestyle. As she stated after her victory, "I would not have gone home without gold. If necessary, I would have stayed here in Athens". Her focus was entirely on gold.
Thoughts precede behaviour. More than teaching behavioural skills, we teach you to focus and stay focused on performance. Perfect thoughts lead to perfect actions with the outcome being perfect results. Swimmers Berghoff and Suzuki proved this at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. A different way of turning contributed to them breaking all records. Again, thoughts preceded behaviour.

TRAINING ASPACT
The training is very practical and, in addition to the necessary theory, contains a lot of exercises and role plays. The methodology used has been developed by Gazing Performance in top-level sport and made accessible to anyone dealing with sales.
The entire structure of this training methodology is visualised on 1 impactful A-4 instead of a thick syllabus that will probably rarely, if ever, be seen. About 3 weeks after the training, a so-called skilling meeting takes place. During this meeting, the results and experiences you have gained will be discussed and feedback on the training model will be given.
PREPARATION
Participants will have a management or leadership role, or wish to prepare for such a role.
SPECIFICATIONS
If you have participated in a training course, you will receive a certificate from the KIVI NIRIA Centre of Excellence.
