Leading people can be a difficult task. What we may encounter is, for example, having 'difficult employees' that we don't know how to deal with properly. We can also get distracted from our priorities, preventing us from focusing our attention on the things we want to be doing.
In this expert class, you will learn to focus your attention in the right way, making it easier to achieve your (team) goals and better able to solve problems. It also provides tools to get employees more easily involved in decisions and to better deal with factors that can negatively influence your people's work performance. All this leads to better performance by yourself and your team.

TRAINING APPROACH:
The training is very practical in nature and, in addition to the necessary theory, contains a lot of exercises and role plays. The methodology used was developed by Gazing Performance in top-level sport and made accessible to anyone involved in Leadership and communication.
The entire structure of this training methodology is visualised on 1 impactful A-4 format overview. This makes it easier to retrieve and apply what has been learnt. Of course, an additional syllabus is also included for when you want to read through things in more detail. About 4 weeks after the training, a so-called skilling meeting takes place. This meeting focuses on your results and experiences and provides feedback on the training model.

OBJECTIVE OF THE TRAINING
Participants know how to focus their attention in a controlled way on those factors that actually contribute to successful performance.
After the training, they will be able to:
- separate distractions from factors that actually contribute to success
- focus on the primary process
- recognise and redirect emotional responses to events
- manage on those factors that are guaranteed to contribute to successful performance
- improve their performance by significant leaps and bounds

PREPARATION:
Participants are in a management or leadership role or wish to prepare for such a role
