Feedback, but different
Description
The challenge in giving feedback is to give it in such a way that the receiver is grateful to you and changes his attitude or behaviour, because he or she wants to. In this training you will gain insights and techniques to make people change from intrinsic motivation. We distinguish between four forms of feedback, each applicable in a different situation
