Hey Beta, how Alpha are you!
Description
On Tuesday evening 7 February, YOUNG KIVI NIRIA Engineers and Continu are organising an interesting workshop on the theme "Hey Beta, how Alpha are you?"
Change starts with awareness. With the persolog® Personality Profile you will discover your own dynamics between your behaviour in a certain environment and your personal motives. In addition, several practical steps are provided to consciously direct your behaviour and increase your effectiveness.
The persolog® Personality Model describes human behaviour according to four behavioural styles aimed at a better understanding of your own needs and those of others.
D - People with a dominant behavioural style (D) are motivated to solve problems and get quick results.
I - People with an influencing behavioural style (I) like to influence and convince others. They are enthusiastic and open in expressing their thoughts and feelings.
S - People with a stable behavioural style (S) want to create a predictable environment. They are good patient listeners.
C - People with a conscientious behavioural style (C) are motivated to achieve high quality standards.
Participants of the workshop 'Hey Beta, how Alpha are you?! will receive the DISC questionnaire digitally after registering. The questionnaire can be completed from home at the PC. During the workshop evening, Albert Hoekstra (Persolog) will explain the results of the test and its correct interpretation. Naturally, there is room to ask questions about the results of the test.
Continu has been using the DISC personality profile to strengthen its services for years. Engineers are actively supported in procedures during their search for a new job and also gain more insight into their alpha skills. Partly thanks to the use of the profile, Continu fulfils its promise: always the right people in the right place!
By taking the test and attending the evening, you as a Beta will gain more insight into important Alpha skills that can contribute to your right career path.
The test has a market value of € 100. By participating in this workshop evening, you can take the test for free and you will also receive an extensive explanation! A stroke of luck! So register quickly via the registration link below!
