KCE 2010 Pathway II
Description
The KIVI NIRIA Centre of Excellence has tailored its programme specifically to the needs and experiences of young engineers in their day-to-day practice and includes high-quality and appropriate training courses. The Young KIVI NIRIA Engineers (YKE) department draws up this programme of training courses in the field of personal skills together with the renowned training agency Gazing Performance.
In 2010, two new training courses will start again. Pathway I is aimed more at the starting young engineer and Pathway II more at the young engineer with a few years of work experience.
Pathway II consists of the training courses:
- Coaching Leadership
- Art of asking questions
- Inside Managing
- Conflict management
- Setting goals, achieving goals (NLP)
- Relationship management
- Creative thinking
- Communication, thinking styles and behavioural patterns (NLP)
