KCE Pathway II
Description
Young KIVI NIRIA Engineers (YKE) has developed the KIVI NIRIA Center of Excellence - programme in cooperation with the renowned training agency Gazing Performance. This programme is specially tailored to the needs and experiences from the daily practice of young engineers and features high-quality and appropriate training courses.
In 2009, two new training courses aimed at various personal skills will start at KIVI NIRIA. Trajectory I is aimed more at the starting young engineer and trajectory II more at the young engineer with a few years of work experience.
Within one trajectory, the training courses form a logical whole. However, it is also possible to take one or more training courses from a pathway separately. For example, as a supplement to an internal training programme.
The training courses are offered in The Hague and, if there is sufficient interest, in Terheijden (near Breda). The training courses take place outside office hours whenever possible
Trajectory II consists of the training courses:
- Introduction to NLP
- Coaching Leadership
- Inside Managing
- Art of asking questions
- Relationship management
- Setting goals, achieving goals (NLP)
- Communication, thinking styles and behavioural patterns
- Conflict management
