Description

Relationship management and networking seem to be terms that are heard more and more often and do not have a positive ring to them for everyone. After all, it also resembles the "old boys circuit" in which people play ball to each other and others are kept out. Things like network marketing and its excesses in the form of pyramid selling systems do not particularly contribute to a good image either.
Yet networking is as old as the road to Kralingen. You do something for the other and the other does something for you. If you are satisfied with the garage where you bought your car and an acquaintance of yours is looking for another car, you will generally have no problem sharing your positive experiences. In short, we all do a lot of networking.
When the Dikke Van Dale is looked at, it talks about "making contacts that are useful for one's career". Undoubtedly true, but incomplete. After all, a good network, does not exclusively contribute to one's career. In addition, a good network is characterised by "getting" and "bringing"; in other words, the other person in your network also benefits from it.
In this training you learn to map out your networks in a structured way. You will also learn how to make optimal use of networks and how to set up and maintain a so-called network administration.
