Negotiation techniques (KCE2008)
Description
With the first job, you don't have it right away. After that, soon enough. The salary negotiation. But aside from this negotiation, we negotiate often. Almost every day. Sometimes we don't realise it, sometimes it's actually called that and we sit back and take notice. Because, we won't let the other person eat the cheese off our bread. No wonder many negotiations result in bickering, frustration or failed objectives. During this training you will gain insight into when you should actually negotiate. These can also be everyday situations. With your partner what you are going to do next weekend, or something like that. And if you then know when to negotiate, what are the dilemmas you run into. And how do you deal with them. When do you trust the other person. And how do I resolve conflicts. What tactics can I use. And which ones are used against me, and how do I arm myself against them. These are the questions that will be addressed. The Harvard method will be used as a model. It is a training par excellence for people who want to achieve objectives through consultation. Sometimes they also have no choice but to consult.
TRAINING ASPACT
The training has a practical content, connecting to daily practice as much as possible. By means of group discussions and personal assessments, insight will be provided into the various components that are dealt with. The Harvard method will serve as a guideline, as it can be easily applied in daily work situations. Short exercises will provide confrontation and practice.
