Description

A workshop addressing the phenomenon of performance appraisals. In it, we focus on giving and receiving feedback. Participants become aware of their own preferred communication and behavioural styles. We then work practically with the various styles in simulations that deal with giving and receiving both positive and negative feedback.

- Being able to conduct more effective and efficient performance interviews
