On 14 March, Young Kivi Niria engineers is organising a workshop focused on personal development. The workshop is for anyone striving for a successful life and career.

If you want to be successful in your life, it depends on several factors. For one thing, it is useful to have a lot of knowledge and skills in your own field. Yet, you often see that people who possess this are not really successful. The reason for this is that they fall short on other important factors. Besides subject knowledge, the 3 basic factors that contribute to success are Communication skills, Commercial skills and Personal development.
